The Grand Resort left a lot to be desired from the food to the lack of cleanliness, the paper thin walls an on going noise from the guest on the second floor. The pool amenities were also very disappointing closing at 8pm instead of the documented 11pm on Christmas without proper notice is pure madness. The entire resort was ran by teens and young adults. Not sure how The Grand Resort got the rating of number one, but it’s definitely not.

Property offers many amenities which have value if you are there for a weekend getaway and the weather is good. If you are there for other reason the room rate is exorbitant given the room comditions. Double bed rooms are small and uncomfortable with limited amenities, outdated furniture and filthy carpets.

The service at the restaurant was terrible ,we waited forever for drinks and to order. The food took a long time to come and it wasn’t busy at all. The food was not that good at all. On a good note, the atmosphere and amenities were fantastic
