Our room smelled musty. The carpet was dirty, it even had a big stain on the carpet and it turned our socks black. The shower barely had water coming out and when I called they said to pull it out all the way cause the handle is hard to pull. They had to come and it do it. It was fine after. However the ceiling in the bathroom had mold. We barely slept the walls were paper thin. We heard people talking all night and other rooms showering at 4am. We had a 15 hours drive so sleep was important that we didn't get. The breakfast looked like it's been sitting there for hours. It was a very disappointing stay for being Comfort Inn.

Its more like a halfway house then a hotel. Its not bad but not the greatest. There was throw up in the bathroom on check in.

There was hair on the wall in the bathroom, black/dirty hand prints on the hair dryer and blood on the comforter under the cover sheet, but visible when i went to climb into bed. Removed and used a blanket we brought with us. Plan to tell/show front desk in the morning.

The room was nice. Did not care for the Roku TV - hard to operate to find shows. Also did not care for the blinds on the window. You could see right thru it to the parking lot.

Toilet would not flush. Sink would not drain. No accesible rooms. Booked king bed given queen. No elevator. Had to use bathroom at other end of the hotel since mine in my room did not work. Hotel staff told me they are having plumbing issues. Gave me a plunger to plunge a non working toilet (unused by me) myself. Told me they would refund my room. When expedia called them they denied everything.
