However, the best part of the house are the terraces and the winter garden, which will make you feel close to nature at any time of the year. The garden offers many corners for eating and relaxing or feasting on cakes, for example, on the lounge terrace.
Experience the half-timbered houses in Ystad, Ystad Zoo, Tosselilla Sommerland and the hiking area, Bongska Naturmarken. Also visit the stones of Ale, Dag Hammarskölds Backåkra farm and the medieval castle, Glimmingehus. A walk in the castle park from Marsvinsholm Castle is always a good idea. Go to the sea and spend a nice day at the beach.

Erholung und Entspannung
Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr erholsam und entspannend. Die Lage ist, für eine Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern wunderbar, beide haben den Garten und die Obstbäume ausgiebig genutzt. Der Mossbystrand ist etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, Einkaufen kann man nach 15 Minuten Fahrt in Ystad. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Absolute Frechheit
Wasserschaden in der Küche, der vor sich hinschimmelt und das ganze Haus riecht modrig und nach Schimmel. Das Haus war nicht gereinigt und sehr verdreckt. Auf dem Grundstück war überall Müll zu finden. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Fewo wurde uns ein Rückruf von Novasol zugesagt.Leider nahm niemand mit uns Kontakt auf. Wir zogen nach einer Nacht aus, da dieses Haus ein großes Schimmelproblem hat und wir Angst um die Gesundheit unserers 3-jährigen Sohnes hatten. Nach zwei Tagen kontaktierte ich Novasol dann direkt, da sich bei uns niemand meldete. Diese teilten uns dann mit, dass wir uns zu spät gemeldet hätten und somit keinen Anspruch auf irgendeine Erstattung hätten, zudem glaubte man uns den Wasserschaden und den Schimmelbefall nicht. Weder FeWo-direkt, noch Novasol hat uns adäquat geholfen oder ist uns entgegen gekommen. Ich würde mich schämen, so ein Haus zu vermieten. Der Vorgang liegt bereits beim Anwalt.
