Good stop on way to San Diego
Always a nice place to stay. Great staff and room was nice, bed comfy and overall very satisfied. Tried one of the burgers from the restaurant, which was outstanding and quickly ready for pick up.

Great new Hotel
This hotel is a brand new Holiday Inn located on a high hill that easily accessible from exit 2 off I-8. It's located across from a large shopping center including many restaurants as well as a large Walmart. Just down the hill from the hotel is a Starbucks. The unusual things about this Holiday Inn is that it has a very nice restaurant inside...we had a good dinner there and they do have a bar. Because we were just spending the night going to and from CA, we didn't use any of their amenities other than the restaurant.
