The microwave in the to appeared as a pizza had exploded in it. The room had dead bugs in various locations and the bath tub handle was not functioning properly. I alerted the front desk and they did not offer to clean the room or offer us another. The room presentation alarmed me since I was staying there with my grand daughter but was on a tight schedule and had no time to look for other availability. I was extremely disappointed since I’ve had no prior issues with other locations.

We stayed here for a softball tournament which was close to the fields. The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Our room was clean and ready when we got there. Check in & out was quick an easy! We would stay here again!

I checked in late. 11PM only to discover my room was not clean the toilet looked like someone had a blow out in it. I was informed that they didn’t have house keeping after 3pm and no available rooms to be moved to.Every hotel in surrounding areas were booked. Night shift person took my complaint and passed for the manager on the next morning. I had to get gloves and a toilet bush to clean the toilet, windows, sink, microwave, tub and refrigerator. Once I spoke with Angelica the next day she was able to take off the charges first night and the rest of my stay was discounted. Food was great and so was the staff.

Humind/damp but comfortable
The was a Crack in the seal that held in the AC unit and whenever we got back the room felt damp and humid but cold which was strange. Aside from that, that's really my only complaint. Clean room, comfortable bed and plenty of space for charging stuff.
