Another day in Zagreb
I have used this hotel a few times already. But it seemed that the hotel had no info that I have stayed there on a number of occasions already. It is well situated to my needs. This time I was surprised that the A/C control unit in the room was broken so I had to ask maintenance to fix it - it was not working at all. Still, they fixed it even at 9 pm. Breakfast was standard, as usual. Very friendly personnel at the lobby bar, and a good selection of beverages. The front desk was also very helpful in providing the information I needed.

The front desk staff were very helpful with taxis, tour suggestions, things to do. The room was cleaned daily with special touches on the first day. Location was perfect for our conference. Breakfast was great 👍
