The hotel was very centrally located. From check in to check out we were very happy with our visit. The breakfast buffet had everything one would want - catering to many diet considerations. Note that if you are coming with heavy bags that an Uber or taxi can only drop you at the end of the promenade so you’ll have to transport your own luggage a few feet to the hotel. Also it’s cobble stone, if that matters. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful loved the breakfast and how close it was to everything my experience with taxis got ripped off from cab driver 600 meters he charged me 15.00 euros it is what it is. Also Uber was interesting also…. I got a price from them agreed took longer because of construction he never said that he would charge more. 2 rides to and from same distance they charged more because of rush hour but they would have known that so my visa got charged 4times. For 2rides and it was more then what I okayed when I requested my ride 😞

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Best hotel breakfast we've ever had and we've traveled a lot. The rooms are a bit dated but considering everything else was great, would highly recommend.

Good but not perfect.
Breakfast is fantastic with so much to choose from and attentive staff. Room was okay but I did have ants which I reported without anything apparently done about it. No English channels on the tv. Also they tried to charge me for bar drinks I hadn’t had.

Great writeup and pictures to have you select the hotel for lodging. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was great! Rooms were mediocre at best. Clean but carpet and curtains were really bad. Forgot to supply morning coffee stuff. Bed was comfortable though.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only negative is parking which is confusing to find (directions only get you to the general area of parking lot) and then walking a few blocks to haul your luggage.

The staff is lovely at this hotel! The rooms definitely need an upgrade, however. Renovations would help this property a great deal! For example, there are no plugs beside the bed. I had to unplug the lamp in order to charge my devices. I also found the blankets rough and itchy. I asked for an extra blanket and one could not be provided for me. I guess there was no extra blankets in the whole hotel? The reason you stay here is because it’s so centrally located and you could walk everywhere.
