The swimming pool was a good size and clean, plenty of sun beds and an attractive setting. The food was a high standard and well worth staying for. The bed was hard and woke us up most mornings...as did the nearby constant barking dog !

First Class Hote Fantastic Hotel
I stayed at this Hotel for a short 5 day visit to Argassi. I have Parkinson's Disease and struggle with the symptoms throughout the day. The owner Dimitri his wife Mary and two daughters Elini & Sia are some of the kindest people you could wish to meet and were sympathetic to my needs. The hotel ls by far the best I have ever stayed in during my 30 previous trips to Argassi. al Greece I presented Dimitri with a gift of a Greek Flag that I hope will fly over the Hotel for ever in memory of my visit

Very kind family ran hotel. Everyone was very helpful. The room was clean, the only issue was that the air conditioner was broken and made for a miserable time sleeping in 100 degree weather. The hotel was also completely booked at that time and we were unable to move rooms. Great and safe location.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay at! The hotel was perfect for my family of four. The room was newly renovated and very spacious. The family who owns it was extremely nice and helpful. The food was amazing. Great gardens all around the property. The pool was big, too. A few minute walk into the town where there are many shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again during my next visit to zakynthos and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderfully relaxing stay
From start to finish this was a wonderful holiday. We needed a rest and that is exactly what we got. The hotel is away from the main roads with all the bars and restaurants but only a short walk and you are in the heart of it all. We arrived week commencing 15th October which is end of season so we were only one of four apartments let. The rooms were spacious, clean and overlooking to pool area with a nice balcony. We could also see the sea to the right although this was not officially sea view which was a bonus. Kitchen was very basic with a fridge, kettle and electric 2 ring hob plus a griddle. The pool area is lovely and clean and has plenty of sun beds, tables and parasols. We never had to "save" a sunbed the whole time we were there. Obviously we can't speak for peak season but for us this was perfect. The pool was deep at one end and shallower at the other with a small pool for the kids and a lovely garden area, beautifully maintained with flowers and fruit trees. The owners, a lovely family run business, were on site the whole time and there was a pool bar serving drinks, ice creams and homemade snacks and meals. Generous portions and all cooked fresh to order. The bar and kitchen was open 8am to 4pm then 6pm to 9pm with an inside and outside dining area. as it was end of season they were running stocks down so didn't have everything on the menu which was a shame but still plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Clean hotel great location
The hotel was located at a great location not too far from all the great beaches. It's also a really clean hotel! Having 3 kids and traveling the Greek islands, we felt at home here. You can tell how much the owners care for their property and the guests. Would come back here in a heart beat.

Clean pool side hotel with amiable staff
It was good in all aspects except 1. The shower tray was too small and curtains very clumsy. This should be remodeled to accommodate tall individuals over 5, 1' Also Internet strength can be epileptic so go along with your data if you must have Internet.

Lovely Greek hotel
We had a loft studio for 3, it was a bit cosy but there was adequate space. The facilities were excellent with air con included in the rate. The hotel was in excellent condition and the family who run it can't do enough to make your stay perfect.

Very easy check in, check out with no hassles. This was my first time in Zakynthos. I am extremely satisfied with Edelweiss. The room was clean with great views and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again in the future.

Lovely home base
This is a lovely family run business. The grounds are kept up beautifully with fruit trees (banana, orange, lemon, pomegranate) and other lush tropical plants all around. Beautiful pool on site. The units are a little dated but fully functional complete with kitchenette. Very standard mattresses. An average beach is walking distance but in order to fully see the island, you need a form of motorized transportation.

Nice hotel - but rural location not so quiet!
A well maintained family run complex with a nice pool and cafe area. I was in the most economical studios and was quite comfortable. I imagine the newer units are even more so. Hotel is in the back of the village but just a 5 minute walk from the main resort area. Rural location does not necessarily mean quiet due to the smallholding directly next door, which had sheep, goats, turkeys and chickens - along with numerous nearby dogs which began barking with the cockerels at the crack of dawn!. Nice family though and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere around the pool area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Edelweiss Studios & appartments! Very nice & clean appartments. Balkony overlooking the lovely swimming pool area. Very helpful and friendly family running the place. Just 4min walk from main road which means you are close to all shops and restaurants but also you don't have noise at night. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would stay there again next time i'm in Argassi.

Edelweiss spoilt me for any other hotel. It is a family run hotel and the family treated us like one of their own. It is exactly what makes a trip more warm and comfortable going to an unfamiliar place and being greeted by people who care and help in every way possible. The hotel itself is gorgeous, recently renovated, with a gorgeous pool and really good food. The room was clean, tidy and fully equipped and the little village of Argassi is a stone throw away from the main town and has all amenities and incredible restaurants.

This hotel rooms are basic but very clean. Everything you might want T.V, kettle etc. The view surrounding the hotel of the moutains is breathtaking and the nightime very peaceful. The hotel is a short walk into the town where the are plenty of shops and restuarants and supermarkets to buy anything you need. I really enjoyed it here as opposed to staying right in the town centre as you can walk a short while and hear the peaceful surroundings as opposed to the town bustle. The hotels that are based at the beach are not a patch on this one when it comes down to the family staff, the beautiful gardens that are very well kept and the general feeling of a homely hotel rather than a clinical one. I would go back here again hopefully in the near future. The pool was kept clean every morning and there is no rush down to put your towels on the loungers in the morning as in some places. A lot of people were going to the beach or on outings so there was always plenty of room by the pool or I some days would go to the beach and then come back in the afternoon by the pool as the midday sun was too hot for me at the beach. But me and my mum enjoyed it here and she wants to go back in September.
