This holiday apartment of around 100m² for 12 people is on the upper floor of the holiday house by Lake Balaton (southern shore) in Hungary, just 200 metres from the public beach.

The apartment is surrounded by an 870m² enclosed garden with a lawn, flowers and bushes. The enormous outdoor pool area is unique, measuring 10 x 4.5 metres with a whirlpool. Children can enjoy a slide, swing and sandpit. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a grll. The outdoor area is for shared use.

The house has two apartments. Your apartment is on the upper floor. The entrance is accessed up external stairs. The apartment has gas central heating. There are four bedrooms, two each with a double bed and the other two each with three or four single beds.
