Apartment was nice. Not well stocked for VRBO. Once we got the information to find the key and apartment it was easy to access. Would not work well for someone who has trouble with stairs. Zell is nice location

Nice clean appartment in a quiet locatin
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised, we feel like it is best if you have a car if you stay there, but there is a bus station nearby and I think the bus runs once an hour. We had a little trouble with locating the lockbox and the parking space, but the 24 our Call Service was available and nice and helped us figure it out. Zell is a nice quiet little village outside of the busy big town Würzburg. Within walking distance of the apartment there is a great supermarket, Edeka and there are a couple of restaurants, the bank, a post office and a pharmacy in town. Also nice walking on the river. We would come back here.

Ferienwohnung!?!?
Für uns war das keine Ferienwohnung, eher eine Wohnung für Monteure. Sauberkeit geht so, unser vorheriger Mieter hatte offensichtlich schwarze Haare….. Ausstattung unterdurchschnittlich, nicht mal ein Dosenöffner, ein tiefer Teller, wenig Messer. Waschmaschine defekt. Das Bett hatte statt einer Matratze nur eine Schaumstoff Auflage, nicht gerade gemütlich. Das Inventar eher zusammen gewürfelt. Beim WC war die Spülung so schwach, das mit einer Schüssel nachgeholfen werden musste. Generell ist die Wohnung in einem sehr großem Komplex, nicht ansprechend.
