Very friendly service. Walkable distance to Matterhorn gondola station, plenty of nice restaurants. Close to train station but you will need Hotel Taxi if you are carrying luggage.

One of my friends and I planned a ski trip to Zermatt and stayed at the Aristella. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. A great assortment and the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the chocolate left each day was a nice surprise. The location was also very convenient for dining and quick walk to the ski lift. Highly recommend!
