Newer, modern hotel with an elevator. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Pizza at the onsite restaurant was excellent. Only downsides are the room was fairly small and shower while it was spacious with lots of hot water and great water pressure, it’s very slippery. With a king-size bed it’s tight. But bed was comfortable. Bath towels were bigger than most. About a 6 min walk to train station. If you want newer with modern comforts this is a great choice.

The property was clean and updated. There were no chairs in the room, only 2 on the balcony. The morning after our first night, there was no hot water for showers or washing. The breakfast buffet was average with yogurts, breads, cereals but no hot foods. On our last night I requested an iron and board from reception and was told that they didn’t have one, not that it wasn’t available, they just didn’t have one.

This property was the perfect choice for our 3 night stay in Zermatt. It was right in the center of town with only a 5 min walk to the train station yet it still felt peaceful and quiet. The rooms are beautifully appointed with modern yet elegant decor. The bed, sheets and pillows were excellent quality and I slept like the dead each and every night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendship which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was more of a continental style breakfast but it was perfectly adequate with great quality breads, cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc. If I return to Zermatt I would definitely choose this hotel again.

We stay at the family room that comprises of 2 bed rooms, one bath and one large living room and beautiful balcony. The room was located at the very top floor and it is the only unit on the top floor . We really enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast with friendly staffs. The only thing is one of bed rooms seem a a little tight for two peoples to share. The shower was amazing, however, if there were a few shower hooks in the bathroom, that will be helpful. Overall, we were really pleased with our stay.

I would have liked to rate this hotel a 5, but there was one thing that let it down. While the rooms do not have AC, what could make the stay more pleasant would be a fan. There is no air circulation in the room and you can only crack the window open slightly- while the nights do get cooler in Zermatt, it’s not enough to get some air ventilation. The room - though beautiful, clean and spacious was stuffy and hot which didn’t make for the best night sleep.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the most beautiful village! I can’t recommend staying here enough and visiting Zermatt should be on everyone’s travel list. The staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was great with a view of the Matterhorn and the rooms were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time relaxing on our deck after paragliding and being on the mountain all day. We’ll stay here again when we return, no question!

We loved the family room on the top floor. It was spacious, modern, sleek, elegant and cosy. The beds were so comfortable. It felt allround luxurious. We appreciated being just off the busy main street. We hope to visit again

Wonderful stay in Zermatt
The hotel is very centrally located and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are modern and beautifully designed with stunning views. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
