The apartment is located directly on Plazza Gronda - the main square in Lavin - and is still very quiet thanks to the bypass road. The Piz Linard Hotel with restaurant and known for its exciting cultural offerings is just a stone's throw away, as is the Volg grocery store and the famous Giacometti bakery for fine fresh rolls or a typical Engadiner nut tart, which is just a minute's walk away.
From the underground parking, you can reach the apartment via elevator or stairs. The apartment features a cozy living room with a fireplace, the heart of the apartment, with an open dining area and access to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an oversized Swiss stone pine bed (180 x 210 cm). Good sleep is guaranteed here! The second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for relaxed holidays.
