Reception is good especially Mr Charles Li However there is still room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hot and cold water is difficult to adjust. Room is dim and there is no proper place for makeup

The hotel is a 5 stars one. The pool is not wow but make the work. The place is well maintained. One thing shocked to me is that they turn off the AC after 10 am aprox until 4 PM. Not sure if they do that in common areas to save electricity or what.. poor employees that need to work with all that heat.

Mr.Xiao the lobby manager was so helpful , and had so many suggestions of how to best spend our time in 武陵源。 A very pleasant stay. High quality hotel, even if a little dated.

우링위안 칭허진지앙 호텔 추천!
중국어를 하나도 못하는 나였지만 직원분들이 다들 핸드폰으로 번역해서 어떻게 해서든 알려주시고 여행 스케줄, 안부인사등 완벽했습니다. 객실은 에어컨 잘나오고 따스한물 잘나오고 약간의 세월의 흔적은 있지만 대체적으로 깨끗 조식은 우링위안에서는 최고인듯해여 ㅎㅎ 밖에 음식보다 나아요 ~
