Many staff were so kind and friendly. Property is kept clean, though it is a bit old. Only one point my wife was regrettable was there is no laundry inside the hotel.

Very old style hotel and noisy, strong sounds from night , maybe underground underneath! I booked double room , turn out I got a room with two beds , not sure it is the definition in Taiwan ! Only good thing is close to main station and easy to reach airport!

The hotel is closed to the main station. It is good. However, there’s a big issue, only three elevators for serving customers, it’s almost impossible for us to go down in the morning. We can not get into any elevator for a while, always full. If you need to catch a flight, give yourself some extra time.

Comfortable hotel in great location.
Very nice stay at the Cosmos Hotel. The suite was very comfortable, although the bed is just a double, so a little bit small. The bathroom had a lovely big bath that worked with jacuzzi function. Some steps in the bathroom proved to be a little hazardous so keeping the floor dry is very important. Reliable WiFi, good AC, lovely shower, nice shampoo and soap. Very comfortable for our stay.

Convenient and good hotel.
Very convenient location. Just 1 minute next to the train station. Bed quite comfy. Even though the hotel is old, but the cleanliness is not compromise. Their staff are very friendly. Overall happy to stay there.

Hotel location very convenient and very close to taipei main station ( exit m3 ). There is 2 convenient store (family mart and 7-11 open 24 hours ) mext to the hotel. Hotel staff very helpful and very welcoming too. The only sad is room design bit rundown, overall still good
