Small five star hotel, 200 rooms with breakfast room. Not the tourist center location. A Carrefour across the street. Had three twin bed room. No sharing needed. Clean bathroom with a traditional soaking tub. You should try it if you are not familiar. L’Occitane supplies. Breakfast had many Asian servings, some unusual ones. Closest to Chang Kai Shek Memorial Hall. They recommend walking 15 minutes, but there is a heat wave in Taipei and by the time you reach there, you are sweaty etc. Take a cab to main entrance. The place is huge and lack shades. Decided to skip when we saw how much more walking in the intense sun needed. Snap photo from a distance. Priced for 4 star. This was a one night stopover from airport.

Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast buffet. Bathroom in the bedroom lacks some privacy (has glass walls) and the fitness centre didn't have working air con. The area was close enough to public transport, but not a place to hang around or eat out nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at Taipei Garden Hotel. It has a perfect location with easy access to all transportation options to explore Taipei. Walkable distance to Ximending and subway stations. The hotel facilities are great, with friendly and professional staff, very nice, clean, spacious rooms to guarantee a comfortable stay. Will definitely book again if we have a chance to visit Taipei again.

The rooms and the lobby and everything abiut the hotel screamed exquisite. You have your own self AI to help wth alarms and the lights really gives the definition to smart room. Food for breakfast is well good and delicious. Was surprised by the deposit but it shouldnt be a problem if you budget properly.

Nice hotel rooms, very clean and modern. Plenty of charging option and the room has AI you can command to operate your room lighting, TV and order services. Staff are mostly friendly but we did encounter few unpleasant ones (hints the 4 stars instead of 5). Few min walk to MRT so fairly convenient. Coffee machine in room is nice, they also provided us free bottle water each day. We chose the breakfast options when we booked. The breakfast buffet has good selections to choose from.

A beautiful hotel! Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family vacation to Taiwan. The staff was friendly and helpful. I left my phone in an Uber and the very helpful bellman called the police and reported the license number. Within the hour, the police had called the driver bd he returned my phone to me! Amazing!! This would never have happened in the States! So grateful!

We had an awesome stay! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cosy. The only negative point is the location. It’s one mrt stop to Ximending but to walk to the station (Xiao Nan Meng), you may wana walk to ximen ding instead, which is abt a 13-15mins walk. Another setback of the mrt station is that the entrance/exit has no escalator nor lift. Quite tiring to walk up the long stairs especially if you have done some shopping. Generally a very nice condition hotel to stay if you don’t mind the location.

This was a great choice. Close to ximendang market which is a lively place to shop and eat. 5-10 walk to subway and about 15-20 minute walk to Lungshan temple. They let the kids get a bag of candy daily, the breakfast provided was a nice large buffet and it was a nice clean place to stay. Would recommend

Hotel facilities met my expectation. There is some walking distance from the subway station, but acceptable. The breakfast in the hotel didn’t impress me, compared to the price they charged.
