Adults only, but lots of children, no amenities,
Terrible , don’t waste your time, staff tried to double charge me,even after showing my receipt for payment from Expedia.

EN MI ESATDIA EN EL HOTEL TUVE UN CONTRATIEMPO CON UN INDIVIDUO QUE SEGUN EL ERA EL ENCARGADO DEL HOTEL, EL CUAL SE COMPORTO DE MANERA GROSERA Y PREPOTENTE NEGANDO EL ACCESO A MIS FAMILIARES INDICANDO QUE NO SE PUEDEN RECIBIR VISITAS NI PUEDEN HACER USO DE LAS INTALACIONES A LO QUE LE COMENTE QUE UNICAMENTE ME ESPERARIAN EN LO QUE UN SERVIDOR SE ALISTABA PARA SALIR, LA ACTITUD Y EL TRATO DE LA PERSONA FUE GROSERA EN TODO MOMENTO. LE MENCIONE VARIAS VECES QUE NO HARIA USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES ALBERCA, REGADERAS, ETC.
