The location of the property was good, 10 mins walk to the beach, 15 mins walk to the centro, very close to the mega and many many veggie and seafood markets. Hamburger place next to the Oxxo was tasty for a quick bite and the bakery up the street was deliciious. It was myself and my sister that stayed for a week, first room we stayed in had air conditioning issues so after a couple hours they moved us a couple doors down which worked fine. The suites themselves are cute, could definately use a deep cleaning though, lots of dust on the shelves and fans, the shower heads could also use a baking soda and vinegar soak to open up the jets. Lots of water as well as hot water - just takes a couple mins to warm up sometimes. Would be nice to have the fridge cold when you get there to check in but not a big deal it just takes a couple hours. The pool area was nice and the pool was clean, good to cool off after walking back from town. Was nice that you could smoke on the balcony of the suite. The owners were very nice and not pushy whatsoever, very accommodating however the lady doesn't speak much english but hey your in mexico at a small hotel what do you expect. one thing I do suggest is if your getting up early to go somewhere let them know the night or day before so you don't feel bad waking them up to open the door to let you out. If you come back later and the door is closed - no big deal just knock and someone lets you in right away. no elevator so 2nd flr was good.
