Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The condo itself was pretty sparse and needs some maintenance. It served my needs well and the staff were excellent. No hot water was a bit of a bummer. By far the best thing was the deck and the location doesn’t get any better. Anyone with the slightest mobility issues forget it as the stair case to the deck would be impossible.

This centrally located beachfront property has great potential, but is in serious need of a thorough cleaning, basic maintenance, and some basic supplies/equipment, such as light bulbs, dish cloths, bottle openers, etc. Some units are oddly laid out and have limited privacy, having to pass through neighbouring properties' deck areas to get in. Website photos don't distinguish among units, so you don't know quite what you are getting when you arrive. On the positive side, staff are friendly, wifi is good, and area is quite quiet.
