"Service was great! so was the staff. Food was very expensive and most meals were just ok with the exception of the grill nights on the beach. They we also very expensive but very good and worth the cost."

"Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all. But we had a lovely time. If you don’t care about a bar and plan to spend all your time poolside or beachside, it’s perfect!"
