This is someone house walking in someone living room to put you in top floor with a very noise place next to track of airport the place place dirty and not air-conditioning

Oliver and his family are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. His wife cooks great meals and is always accommodating. We always stay here when we go to the capital and can't recommend it enough!

It was a little difficult to find but it was nice. We were a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. He had a small SUV and offered driving services to us, recommended when to go to the airport and he got us there with plenty of time before our flight.

We got a room with a large bed and private bathroom. The family was very friendly and shared many things about Guatemala City with us. We were able to get rides from them comparable to Uber. The bathroom was clean but trash was left around the sink. The breakfast was basic continental. The hotel was more like an airbnb location than hotel.

Los propietarios son amables y muy serviciales. Están siempre pendientes de los huéspedes. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente ya que está cerca del aeropuerto y muy accesible para el medio de transporte. Las camas son confortables pero las sábanas no son limpias, están llenas de pelos; al igual que las habitaciones tienen lo necesario pero no son tan limpias. Los baños los encontré sucios...

The most we liked from this apartment, the personal are nice people. We field confortable. We recommend this safety and security privacy place. And clean.
