We asked for 1 bottle of water at night and they said they don't have any available. I think was almost 11pm. Everything was closed at that time. Worst service.

This place is amazing and right next to the church ! The only thing was that there is no air conditioning but if you asked they provided a fan to help!

Do not recommend at all, room was not clean. Pillows had stains, no division between shower and toilet.

This property was clean and well staffed and friendly. The staff even looked out for us and made sure that we found our way around and back to the hotel since we were not familiar with the area. The property was so convenient since it was walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. I would go back there in a heartbeat

I booked a room with terrace and enjoyed beautiful view during my stay. The hotel is very close to center of the town, so you can hear every noise(laughters, bells, people singing) from the street (this is good or bad depends on your preferences). The hotel itself is quirky, with many steep stairs and no elevator. My group is young and find this experience interesting, but it may be troublesome for older people. Overall its a good experience, don't miss out the terrace room! it's worth it

Great location to get around in the downtown of Guanajuato check in was easy staff was friendly our room was nice and clean with a great view of the city we really enjoyed our stayed

Hotel is really nice and clean. Just a walk from all tourists areas and attractions. I do however not recommend it to people with back and feet problems because it is a steep walk and lots of stairs.

Friendly staff only bad thing is the parking but they find a way to send you to a different location and send a shuttle to pick you up. Besides that beautiful comfortable great location breakfast is delicious.

this property has a good location, buuuuutttt it is situated on a VERY INCLINED STREET,,,, for elderly people almost impossible to reach . there was A LOT of noise from cars, dogs, even people talking down the street could be heard, the bathroom was soooo disgusting, water didn´t went through the shower drain, andl the whole porperty smell very very bad, we had to leave after 2 night and go to another hotel........sorry, I know it´s a 2 star hotel, but it was too much

Our room had amazing view of Guanajuato which we really enjoyed. It was a little difficult to find but it’s a convenient location near El Callejón del Beso. The staff was really helpful especially when helping take our luggage upstairs since there’s no elevator. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Very safe controlled access. Our taxi had trouble finding it. Hotel is down an callejon (alley) you need to walk down steep stairs, Breakfast was included and very good. We left our luggage in storage as our flight was late at night. Recommend
