Stay away from that place fault advertising .
First of all, Hotels.com should be an investigation into the hotels that they show on the website. The place is absolutely deplorable, horrible bedbug infested holes in the mattresses and the blankets dirty and extremely noisy. They should pay people to stay there.

Es un lugar donde no respetan lo que se pide en la página, las personas que atienden en la recepción son groseras y le tiran malos comentarios a la página, su tv es arcaica y muy pequeño el espacio. No regresaré ni la recomiendo

Todo muy bien lo único malo q para el control de la TV te piden un depósito de 100 pesos o tu ine te lo devuelven al salir, el baño está algo retro y en la regadera no hay donde poner las toallas y el jabón o shampoo ya q está más allá de la regadera y eso significa hacer reguero de agua x todos lados

El personal pésimo trato no querían respetar el hospedaje, luego me querían volver a cobrar cuando ya había pagado por aplicación, sabanas sucias. Anuncian con pantalla y tiene una televisión vieja En cuanto al agua caliente bien Sugerencia que el personal tenga mejor trato, hablan tosco y déspota, parece que estan enojadas con la vida y uno paga por un servicio no para que me maltraten

Pésimo Servicio. Teníamos más de semana y media con la reserva y al llegar la recepcionista Gabriela no nos quería respetar la reserva, poniendo de pretexto que no tenían disponibilidad y hablándonos de una manera grosera y déspota. No nos quería respetar el precio por el cual reservamos y tampoco nos quiso realizar cobro con tarjeta, exigiendo forzosamente el pago en efectivo. No volveremos a hospedarnos en ese hotel y no lo recomendamos para nada.
