The hotel is located in the center of the city. Perfect for a couple or family trip in a very beautiful area. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help in all they can. The breakfast buffet is delicious and filling.

Absolutely loved the hotel great breakfast Buffet and very clean parking was horrible but you have available transportation and staff is very helpful my recommendation is do not take a car rental ! Everything is walking distance!

This was such a beautiful hotel! I was pleasantly surprised how big the rooms were since we were traveling with kids. They loved the little loft upstairs. Breakfast included was also a plus. It was such a comfortable base for exploring Guanajuato centro! About the noise downtown - I think we stayed when not a lot was going on so not bothered by any noise.

The location of this hotel is perhaps the best place to stay since it’s in between walkable distance to so many landmarks. The rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely “homey”. The breakfast there was also super delicious!
