The water flow of the shower head is worst than the poorest house in Guadalajara, they make you believe that the 8oz of water is a one time per stay complement, and if they give you more is only 16 more oz per day, A/C minisplit is too small for such a small room, the pictures they use is false advertisement, most of the reviews must be false too, my son also stayed there at a different room and, he encoutered worst problems with the A/C and the shower water, there are lots of cockroaches by the pool. They don't tell you they'll only give one key wich starts all electricity in the room, make sure you ask for a second key othewise you'll come back to a super hot stuffy room. There is a carboard in the room that lets you know they won't change the linens per stay, so don't dare throwing them on the floor, the'll put them right back on your bed. Over all I wish I could rate this hotel minus 5 stars. small for the that small room,

Quick, easy check in & check out. Professional service at lobby and at the restaurant. Cleaning service was great as well. Also, security let people in at the entrance to parking lot. The only problem was loud guests & not receiving a room close by with my party. I rented both at the same time.

overall the staff was great. the pool was down and i didn't see any info of it being down . woke up in the middle of the night due to next door work being done and felt like a car was ramming thru the wall , up from 2 am and couldn't go back to sleep. lacks disability amenities and space.
