The sea view room was really nice. Waking up on the sound of the waves was lovely. The staff were helpful The room size was good, but the carpet was dirty The swimming pool was closed during our stay Breakfast was acceptable. The location of the hotel was good. A shopping mall just behind it

This hotel is one of the most memorable hotels. Great location, the hotel pool is so attractive, it looks like you are swimming on the deck of a ship.

Location was great, wifi didn’t work the first day and night. Room service took 3,5 hours and after we called the second time it was delivered in 15 minutes. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and staff was very friendly. Rooms were not cleaned well as at 5 star hotel it should be or 4 star even, since it was advertised as 5 star hotel. Parking was easy.
