"Great place to stay. Large rooms, very comfortable, plenty of coffee available. Breakfast included is pretty comprehensive, only thing missing was some bacon. The breakfast area feels a little crammed at times but it is a big hotel. They encourage you to think about a breakfast slot to avoid over crowding. Staff are all very helpful. We were given complimentary drinks because we didn't use housekeeping. Loads of shops in the area and transport connections are excellent. "

"On my first night there we found the aircon didnt work and we was cold all night, we found the room filthy under the bed, but after complaining about this and showing the proof the manager gave us a big discount, little did we know our next hotel let us down and we found we had no wherd to go for the next night, but the manager of this hotel helped us with 2 single rooms as that is what was left and gave us the big discount and a little more to help us out. For a new hotel they are still learning, but they have great customer service and the manager was so friendly and helpful."

"The “wellness room” that we had was beyond our expectations - sauna and whirpool bath in the room. Lucky to have a great view of the train tracks for our 21-month-old to stare at the many trains passing by. "

"Maybe a small fridge would be convenient to have in the rooms. Little shop for snacjs downstairs well overpriced. Other than that, nice place."
