Villa is located above the beautiful town of Mlini not even 15 min. drive from Dubrovnik Old city. The spacious terraces offer you beautiful sea view and relax in the heated swimming pool. Villa has a beautiful garden with old olive trees, figs and other Mediterranean plants. With its 220 m2 on three levels with amazing terrace overlooking the sea its ideal for extended families or group of friends. Newly furnished it consist of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and separate toilet, fully equipped 2 kitchens with stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, fridge, coffee machine), dining room, living room and large terrace also equipped with BBQ and big table for 12 people. Villa is also equipped with AC, TV SAT, LCD TV, wireless Internet, hair dryer. Beach in Mlini is 20 min. walk downhill as well as bus station, restaurants, lungo mare Shops, bank, post Office. Airport is 15 min. drive.


Dubrovnik area has great beaches, beach restaurants and bars. Many summer festival and great gastro offer. Visit the historic Dubrovnik walls that are part of the UNESCO's list of cultural heritage, the island of Lokrum, the old Stradun, the Rector's Palace and many other sights.

Views and villa are fantastic. Would most certainly go bsck and stay in Mlini as great location for exploring. Owner is really helpful in making your stay enjoyable. Used Uber as it was so easy to use and also very reasonably priced

Definitely NOT a luxury house
My family and I stayed at the house for 10 days and unfortunately it wasn’t a great stay. First thing I have to mention is that the owner lives on the property. He has a room adjacent to the house where he lives. Information that was not disclosed to us and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing. It was INCREDIBLY uncomfortable and disturbing to see him every single day around the pool area, outside the garage when we were walking out, giving us unsolicited advice, etc. We also found a pill behind the door of our bathroom. It could’ve been a Tylenol, but the point is that the house was not cleaned properly if they missed a huge white pill on dark tile.During the check in process, the son kept talking badly about the previous guest, which kind of made us feel uncomfortable. Not very welcoming, not professional. On the positive note, the house has great views.

A fantastic villa and pool
Our family of 5 loved this villa with pool. We had more than enough room. Dubravko, the owner was very helpful and left welcome gifts for us. The villa was very well equipped and the pool was brilliant. The lovely beach is a 10 minute walk. Longer to get back as lots of steps ! I would recommend a car to get around. Less than 5 minutes to the supermarket and 20 mins to Dubrovnik old town. 15 minutes from the airport (but couldn’t hear the planes) We would all recommend this villa, 5 ⭐️

Great place!!!
Very nice villa with the best views overlooking Dubrovnik's islands. Very clean, confortable and enough space for all 10 of us!!! Dubravko was of great help with all his advise on what to do and where to go. We would definitely visit again.
