Fabulous hotel with such beautiful charm. Located right beside the old town tucked away in a quiet cobbled street. Breakfast was plentiful and we enjoyed our morning Prosecco sitting outside on the terrace. Would return again in a heart beat ❤️

Wonderfully charming small hotel in a nice location, adjacent a block from the bus and tram, and two blocks from beautifule Nuemarkt Street. All of the folks working at the Florhof were friendly, charming and helpful.

I have stayed at the Florhof many times over the years, and despite several changes in ownership, I still find it a goto place in Zurich. This time did not disappoint. Their restaurant is especially remarkable.

The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and accommodating . We liked the location. On the down side, the breakfast was the same every morning and nothing hot. We were there 6 nights so it got a bit old. A bit more in hospitality would have been nice. There was no coffee or tea available in your room. You had to go down and get it in the library/bar and then it was added to your bill. It would have been nice if there was a social opportunity with wine and cheese as there are at many other hotels.

Classical hotel housed in an old building near the Kunsthaus. Staff are excellent. Clean with parquet wood floors in the bedroom. Marked it down slightly as there was a blue soap mark on the bathroom wall. Curtains are a little flimsy so let in a bit of light. Very comfortable otherwise and will definitely return to the Florhof as it represents good value. Room size was good with Rituals toiletries in the well lit bathroom
