Nice hotel, clean and walkable to shops and supermarkets. Good air conditioning for the hot summer days. Front desk people are friendly and helpful. However, there is no phone in the room, you need to go to the front desk personally if you need anything or have questions.

The hotel is nice & modern with a nice bar in the lobby. The place is quite large and holds lots of guests. The room service was always mid day which sucked when we wanted to come back to the hotel mid day for a break. The room was quite small, there wasn't a lot of room for two large suitcases to lay open on the ground. There was also a small side table with one lounger chair which wasn't ideal for eating lunches in the hotel room. The beds were soooooo comfy with individual duvets and we had the best sleeps here. The breakfast was expensive and not worth it–just bread and meats. The staff was very friendly and nice and helped find us places to eat.

The staff was not friendly at all. I didn't feel welcomed by the staff at all. I'd ask a question and felt I was bothering them. The room was ok. We spent 2 nights there. I would prefer not to return. There are many other options for hotels.

We all know that Zürich is expensive and this was what we could pay. Yes, the room is small but the location is excellent. It’s 5 mins walk rom 2 tram tracks, 10mins to HB. And 2 supermarkets around, Micro and Coop. There are steps from the curb to the lobby so be warned!

Likes: Near Alstadt and shopping, Zeughaskeller and had a convenience store nearby. Clean rooms and have a bar with limited food. Checkin was fast. Wifi was good for Netflix. Dislikes: a bit far from train station, rooms were small and no coffee or free tea or water. Overall, good for a couple of nights in the business district and walkable to the tourist sites. Great and friendly staff.

The room didn’t have much in the way of amenities — no desk or anything to sit at and just a small table and one chair besides the bed. The bathroom door also closed automatically which was kind of annoying while you were getting ready. Otherwise it was very clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a bar that specializes in gin and tonics in the hotel lobby.
