Overall a good stay. It met our needs but a few thoughts for others: no glasses for water they only use paper cups, no phone to call the front desk which meant we had to go down several times with questions - not a big deal but could be for others given how far away rooms are from the front desk. Having explored Zürich more on this mini vacation I think there are other areas that would be better to stay as a tourist, but a good option just the same. Breakfast and coffee were great. Service was good. Beds were great.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the entranceway and lobby - very cool vibe. Staff were excellent. The room was great - lovely interior, very tall ceilings and a wall of windows. 5 minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to Old Town.

This motel is located right off of Bahnhofstrasse which has all the main attractions for dining and shopping. The motel is cosy, clean, and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Decent location but not much dining close by. Very hectic arrival but it got better. Housekeeping didn't replace used (paper) cups and left them i the trash can for reuse. Not good. Cannot control room temperature - room got hot.

I just checked out today from Motel One Zurich, staff is educated ( some nicer than the other) the bar is nice, the hotel is nice 10 minutes walking from the old town also good shower pressure. That’s about it. The room is very very basic( no shampoo, condition or cream) no slippers, no phone to call the reception desk AND NO A/C At ALL, also I stayed 3 nights and the last two we didn’t have TV since cable stop working( I was never informed) I went to the reception to ask and they said problem should be solved by tomorrow ( no true) I leave the hotel today and still no cable signal( as an apology they offer me free breakfast and I appreciate but prefer to pay for my breakfast but to have my TV),last the TV in the room is only compatible with android so IPhone owners you are not welcome in this hotel. In summary do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else, could be CItizensM for example.

Great location for exploring the old town. Really clean & great decor. Staff are amazing. It would've been perfect if there had been a kettle in the room.
