There was no airport shuttle as advertised. The fitness and game rooms were closed due to construction. Much of the property was under construction which was not disclosed. Room was dirty. The carpet was disgusting covered in unpleasant stains. The sofa bed that was supposed to accommodate 2 people was barely bigger than a twin mattress. Staff knocked on our door at 8am to see if we had checked out.

The property is transforming but during this transit the rute way shd have been closing it but i believe greed or something else the management kept the hotel open which in turn causing tons of issues .(This state also the mindset this management has....dont care about customer and there hardend money and dream for good tome) The property is located in good area and well connected especially if you plan to flyin or out. Overall maintenance is poor ,air-conditioning does not work, patchs of dirt everywhere.

Stayed 2 nights (Sunday and Monday). Hotel is under renovation due to which it was very noisy on Monday early morning but sunday was fine. Price wise this is one of the reasonable place to stay in Zurich, and you can park your car at their private paid parking. First night we got our family room changed because of a lot of mold in bath. So if you are lucky then you might get a room with less mold. Reception is also open 24/7 so you can arrive whenever you want.

This place is under revovation and our room had a lot of mold in bath. We got our room changed and other room was a bit better but still there was a bit mold. It was sunday so the place was pretty quiet due to no construction work. Overall location is good and you can park your car in their paid parking.

They made us switch hotels without any notification, made us pay over 120 CHF for a 12 minute taxi, and didn’t tell us we had extra fees to pay at the hotel they switched us too. That was terrible experience, wasted more money than expected here.

Hotel was quite disappointing in many aspects. On arrival the parking lot is in rough condition, with lots of construction and other rubbel filling one side of it. The hotel was under construction, which is fine and normal although not being warned was frustrating, but this meant then no gym, no sauna which was a big part of using this hotel and no compensation or accommodating was made. In the room the beds were very uncomfortable, springy feeling, and the TV didn't work at all.

It was a great experience as it was close to the airport & city centre. Breakfast variety was great as it was very delicious. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks. Possibly they should provide dinner options and also provide biscuits for tea and coffee. They could offer coupons for tourist attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is under renovation, the hallways and rooms need to be updated. We noticed in our room the floor was wet next to the A/C unit. They start with the construction noise really early in the morning. Did not like the rooms.
