Nice hotel, but noisy!
Pleasant staff, clean room and nice hotel. However, the noise from other guests late at night was awful. People running around and shouting at all hours. It was still going on at 4:30am. I will put it down to just being unlucky with who was in the hotel at the time, but it would make me think twice about staying again.

Reasonable,but not great....
Beware that many hotels have no AC--including this one. Tough on 87 degree days.Also---'variable pricing' meant my room was 200$ cheaper the day after I booked. Staff worked hard to accommodate all given a full house for a concert.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. The fan in the tiny bathroom wasn’t working, they didn’t have an extra pillow although I asked twice and it’s oddly located in a some sort of industrial buildings.

Recommended. Brings out your inner exhibitionist.
Recommend. A very nice room to stay in. View from the room is just beautiful, especially on a rainy night. Kept the blinds open, even though I had to get up early to close the. Shower and windows brings up your inner exhibitionist, but in a good way I guess/hope. Free tickets to the zoo (first come first serve) is a very nice touch. Location is not city center, but close enough to public transportation, and running in beautiful wooded areas. Also nice gym. Nespresso machine in the room and Nespresso pods was nice too. Asked to extend the check out by 50 minutes - got a quote for 10CHF.

Warm welcome, amazing staff, clean hotel and room. Nice restaurant but pricey. Great room and fair size. About 3 minutes walking distance from the Tram #2 which brings you right downtown Zurich in about 10 to 15 minutes.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. It bought a bitter ending to my 21 days trip and having wonderful stay at other hotels. The room design was impractical, with the washbasin awkwardly placed at the bed's head. Guest services were poor, often unhelpful and unresponsive. Vegetarian breakfast options were extremely limited, making it difficult to start the day well. Additionally, the restaurant staff was quite rude, which further dampened the experience. I was charged 20 francs for accidentally breaking a coffee cup, which costs only 2-3 francs at Ikea. Despite advertising complimentary slippers, the hotel had none available. They seemed more focused on charging extra fees than compensating for service lapses. Nothing was good about this stay. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its claimed 4-star rating; a 2 or 3-star rating would be more accurate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay.
