The apartment is easy to locate. It's just that there's no reception area you have to go the Bistro on the 7th floor if you want to talk to the staff. No early check ins. We stayed there for 7 days and no one replace the towels, clean the room and replace the soap, shampoo and conditioner. We are four people but the utensils are good for three persons. Asked for another casserole so we can use it for cooking our dishes but did not provide us one. No serving spoons. And you're responsible for throwing your garbage on the 1st floor. You'll get fine if you leave it outside the door but they will give you a notice first. I saw housekeeping one day just to try if we can ask to replace our towels but without hearing my concern she avoided me and said no English. I can even demonstrate and do the sign language if she didn't walk away from me. The room is nice and good for four persons. Two bedrooms. Since nobody told us there was no A/C the room was warm the first night and when I emailed them there is a ventilation that you can open in each rooms so the air from outside will get inside the room. I hope staff can clean the room esp. if you will stay for quiet long. They said on their email it's 3 days they're changing the towels but no one did. The room is good to stay but those things that the management should consider and attend to those concerns because these are not problems these should be included to maintain cleanliness in your premise.
