We rented two rooms, my daughter's room was clean and ok. Ours had a stained couch, stained carpet, and a horrible smell. The check in was a nightmare, they never sent me the mail requesting my id, and when we got there we could not come in, had no idea how. We contacted Expedia but they are so very slow in responding. Finally we spoke to a guest who let us in and told us to go to the restaurant to seek help. The bar tender was the only person I found helpful, and he lent us the phone to speak to customer service. It still took another hour for customer service to send the entry codes. While we were doing this one guest who had the same problem, just left and booked something else, and we saw at least 4 or 5 persons during our stay that had the same problem. The staff was very rude for the checkout as communication is painfully slow to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise. The concept is good, the location is within walking distance of a train station and public transport. But my experience was not the best in this location, had better luck with Airbn in terms of service and price. It is a pricey stay for this bad service.
