The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). Breakfast was okay. But the restaurant was overpriced and poor quality. We ordered Patas Braves and got and burnt plate of sweet potato fries. The sauna and gym were appalling. The sauna basically didn't work or couldn't get up to temperature and all the games (tennis, bowling) cost extra. Finally we didn't have a car which I now know was a mistake. Not the hotel's fault, but travel to Zutphen was terrible and confusing, with two buses an hour that go away from the hotel.

Perfect for a quiets night sleep as the average age of residents are well into their 70s. Our room was tired and dated with marks on the walls and dust everywhere. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been remodelled since it’s original build. Situated on an industrial estate and near a petrol station, it’s very convenient if you wish to buy a car during your stay.

Hotel is more a sport centre with tennis,squash,pool,bowling.Rooms are bit small but ok.No balcony.Staff is friendly and it is quiet at night. Dinner and breakfast are good.Hotel is located in industrial area you cannot walk to centre.

Hela parkeringen är em snubbelfälla, rummet saknade ventilation, om man bortser från en billig bordsfläkt, rummts huvudlampa var inte inkopplad, därför fanns ett gediget urval av dammråttor under sängen, rummet hade två sängar och två stolar, trots att det var bokad för tre personer, samma gällande antal handdukar.

4 Sterne war mal vielleicht nach der Eröffnung. Ziemlich runtergekommen. Wanne als Dusche mit Vorhang. Unbewegliche Leute können das duschen vergessen. Zum schlafen reicht es, zu mehr aber auch nicht.

Leider lässt das Hotel zu Wünschen übrig was die Sauberkeit betrifft und das in allen Bereichen (Zimmer, Bar, Frühstück) Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war dreckig, der Boden in der Bar die Tische und leider auch die Bettwäsche. Ansonsten ok

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hintersich. Erdgeschoss ist noch ok. Hier wurde vermutlich auch noch investiert. Aber die oberen Stockwerke mit den Zimmern haben eher den Charm eines 80er Jahre Betonklotzes, auch von außen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und ohne Balkon. Unser Badezimmer wurde wohl renoviert und die Zimmer selber sind moderner eingerichtet, als der Rest vermuten lässt. Das Essen im Hotel war ok, aber im Ort gibt es sehr gute Restaurants, die können wir besser empfehlen, als das Hotelrestaurant und sind auch nicht teurer. Die Freizeit- und Sporteinrichtungen machten einen ordentlichen Eindruck und waren abends gut besucht. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und meist auch nett. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat und uns definitiv von einem weiteren Besuch abhält, war die Sauberkeit im Restaurant/Früstücksbereich. Hier hatten wir den Eindruck, dass in den 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht ein einzuges mal der Boden gereinigt wurde. Brotkrumen von den Brötchen lagen die ganze Zeit unter dem Tisch und das bereits am ersten Tag. Unter einem größeren Tisch, der in den 4 Tagen nie besetzt war, lag sehr viel Staub, der war definitiv älter als unsere 4 Tage!!! Das darf auch in einem älteren Hotel auf keinen Fall sein!!! Zu guter letzt noch eine Kritik an Expedia. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht. Die Zimmer sind dafür viel zu klein!! Das wusste die Dame am Empfang auch und fragte direkt, ob wir über Expedia gebucht hätten!!! War wohl kein Einzelfall!!!
