"This motel was all about customer service. Good hot breakfast different items in different days. Stayed for two days because of fog. They offered to let us keep the room on day three until 12:00 and the fog lifted so we could see the monument. We didn’t ask they offered. "

"The head manager (I think his name was Tom or Rob?), was very accommodating when we were dissatisfied with our first room. He takes his seasonal role seriously and operates with purpose in serving the customer experience. "

"The staff here is amazing to work with. I did have a small issue with my room, but gave them 5-stars anyway because they immediately jumped on it. They are awesome and truly care about their guests having a good experience"
