Rita Guest House - Review

Absolutely horrible - probably comparable to the worst truck stop you can imagine. Terrible service, staff were lethargic and unhelpful. Guests were loud, coming and going all night - locking and unlocking doors, smoking in their rooms - which filters into your room. My shower was mouldy and there was no water at all in the morning to even take shower. As a woman travelling for business, I did not feel safe staying there.

Good day Simone, I am sorry about your experience, but we also have functions on a Saturday. I have done my best to get the people under control, as the branch manager could not handle the people. If any one of those people put a complain against me, I will be fire, because I am just the receptionist, doing the bookings and for the finanace control. I do hope that you will understand this from my side as well.. It was just the wrong date. If I have knew before time that there will be a rugby weekend at Pioneer school, I would not have taken the functions, but they booked and pay a month before the function. Please accept my apology for this kind regards Dot

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht auf Durchreise aber wir haben uns in Ritas Guest House sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöner Garten, alles sauber.
