If you would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of Lapland in comfort, sit at the lake in summer and fish, watch elk, drive a quad or go ice fishing in winter, be active with a snowmobile or explore the old forests of Sweden by husky sled, then this is the right holiday residence for you. Lapland House is in northern Sweden, about 100km to the south of the Arctic Circle. It is a typical Swedish house and is right by a lake, in the quiet locality of Abborrträsk. You will have the feeling of being quite alone, but still have neighbours. The 250m² house on a 2100m² site and a detached double garage has two floors and a basement. The ground floor comprises a hallway, guest WC, kitchen and living room with air conditioning. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a little gallery. The basement has a modern bathroom with a shower, bath, WC and washbasin, as well as a generous entrance area and utility rooms. You can let yourself be enchanted by the tranquillity and nature of Lapland on the generous, roofed veranda. In winter you are almost guaranteed to see unique northern lights. There is a sauna with a relaxation area and showers, as well as a fitness room in the communal house 50 metres away. A house service welcomes you on arrival at the house and is available to contact during your stay. A transfer service to and from Arvidsjaur airport 20 minutes away can be booked at a supplementary cost. The house is non-smoking and is equipped for self-catering. Abborrträsk has a little grocery shop with a petrol station, an outdoor summer pool with a minigolf course and open-air stage, a car garage and a cultural house.
