Excellent for overnight stay
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HotelsHotel was very good for everything we used. If it had a hot tub as well and a restaurant would have given 5 stars. Staff helpful and pleasant. Room looked like new. Beds very comfortable and amenities were great. Would stay again

That does not sound comfortable! I am sorry you endured that dissatisfaction during your stay. We hope this was brought to our front desks attention so they were able to rectify the situation.

Costco Breakfast could have been advertised well.
( Croissants, Apple Strudels, Cold Hard Boiled Eggs, Bagel )
We should be notified about it before our booking so we could stop by Costco and grab our breakfast the next day.
Pets are not allowed on elevators? Why?
Rooms are clean and tidy though, they just cheaped out on the breakfast.

Hi Kent - Thanks for taking the time out of your day to write us a review on your recent stay with us. All our websites, our lobby, and breakfast room door all advertise that it is a Continental Breakfast that we serve. By definition, a Continental Breakfast is a light breakfast, typically consisting of buttered rolls, and jam. We serve everything that falls under that umbrella. If you continue to read the signage in the elevator, and the same signage posted around various areas of the hotel, it states that pets are only allowed to occupy our designated pet rooms. Unfortunately, lots of guests discreetly sneak in their pets into their non-pet friendly rooms and try and avoid paying our pet fees. This is greatly frowned upon as we have guests (and employees!) with pet allergies, so we try and accommodate our furry guests into certain rooms to avoid allergic reactions. Pets are always welcome on elevators. We hope you give us another chance in the future, as we'd love to welcome you back!

The staff were so friendly. The rooms have been renovated and are very nice. All in all great stay as per usual
