This motel was pet friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were good. The bed was rather hard though

It is a small motel with basic facilities. Clean and efficient.

Stayed here with my 2 little dogs, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Perfect for a nights rest while travelling.

Mould in bathroom on shower curtain Dirty window shelves … filthy Staff member on arrival I stayed there by myself & didn’t really feel that safe Only stayed there as I had my dog

It’s called Travelers Rest and I didnt get a good rest. There were only 5 cars in the carpark, 3 of which I'm guessing were staff cars, one was my car and one was another guest. From the whole hotel they put me in a room opposite the other guests which sounded like a large, VERY loud family with a dog. I woke up everytime time I left and entered the room as the walls here are paper thin. I could hear their TV all night and i'm confused why the staff did not space out the guests correctly. Noise was a major issue from the other guests and the kitchen sounds. Also no iron, I asked for an iron there was none provided.

It's always better to get in touch with the motel management straightaway if you face any issue during your stay. If you had informed the same day, we could have changed your room straight away. It looks like there's some misunderstanding regarding iron request, we never received any request .THanks

Greetings,Don't you think it is unfair to rate property if you've not stayed yet? You made a booking by mistake and we refunded the money without charging anything and still seeing this kind of rating is disheartening. Thanks
