The Best!

Very nicely appointed room and very comfortable and quiet. Beautifully done shower. Very comfortable bed. Totally enjoyed my stay. Best room I have stayed in in a long time.

Nice place. Breakfast wasn’t good on the weekend, but had a lot more options during the week. I prefer when breakfast is served till 10:00am or later.

Hi Sherri! Thank you for staying at Fairfield of Aberdeen. It was nice to meet you and chat with you before you checked out. I'm very sorry our beds were not to your liking. I completely understand as I've had to shop around to find the right mattress, myself! If you do stay with us again (and I hope you will) I recommend requesting a foam pillow as it might help you adjust and enjoy the best night's sleep! Thanks again, Sherri!

Definitely the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel overall great experience great rooms it's a comfortable place to stay

Not quite meeting expectations

Overall it was a good stay. Only two items keep this from getting 5 stars all around. The grout in the shower had spots of mold on the grout - dark black ugly mold in the front corner. Also, we went down for the free breakfast at 8:30 and were not impressed. The scrambled eggs were lukewarm and the sausage was cold. The waffles were good and hot because we made them fresh. We took the last chocolate milk from the refridgerator - there was no white milk. We expected better for the $30 more it cost than the Hol. Inn Exp

The issue you mentioned with your shower has been looked into as we do take pride in how hard our housekeeping staff work and how clean our rooms are so this is very concerning and will not be an issue if you stay with us again. Regarding breakfast, I appreciate your input - this will be very helpful at the upcoming meeting as we expect our breakfast service to be exemplary with all items kept replenished regularly right up until breakfast hours are complete. While you were able to enjoy your stay overall, we know we can do better and hope for the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, Steven!
