Were not given the room we reserved but told we would be charged the price we reserved at although the room was substantially different. Advertised as soundproof but kept up both nights by up stairs occupants. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t talk above.Window curtains didn’t fit and had to pin shut and hope for no peeping toms. We were in town for family function so had to spend 2nd night. Only stayed until 3 am and decided to drive 3 hrs home because couldn’t sleep for the noise anyway. Booked early and didn’t read other bad reviews that were posted recently. Don’t know who got rooms shown on their post but certainly not us.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and was less than thrilled with just about everything. The property is under construction which was not a big deal until we saw the contractors dumping paint down the storm drain in the parking lot. I had called previously to verify the amount of the damage deposit and was told 50.00 and they ran my card for almost 100.00. Claiming the deposit was one nights stay plus tax… which is a far cry from what they had told me over the phone. The shower leaked so badly we had to mop up the floor afterwards and they make you sign a paper that if you stain or need extra towels they are TWENTY dollars. The beds were comfortable, on the firmer side. The AC worked great. Definitely a you get what you pay for type of property. The coffee shop up the road before the 7-11 was AMAZING

It was nice and alot cheaper than the rest of the lodging in Westport.
