Room was a good size but had sticky floors, used coffee pods left next to and in the machine. Breakfast was terrible (bacon tasted inedible, cheap sausages.) Outside bins overflowing. Cheaper , older and better places to stay. Definitely not worth £120 for a room in Aberdeen.

Another lovely stay
Stayed in this hotel a few times and have never had a problem. Rooms are lovely and the complimentary breakfast is very nice. Only issue I had was as our room was in the 4th floor it was very warm for me. It's for ne in the room with the central air on but I found myself sweating just walking from the room to the lift, I'll perhaps request a lower floor next time we stay here.

The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. As one of the more expensive hotels, I would have expected a bit more.

Great, my partner loved it. She said she would be back. So well done, as she was hardly impressed with the places we've stayed at. Although a couple of we had to mention that the kitchen is well equipped but would have been if you had a cafetiere, the aircon needs some adjusting and a better smart TV. My partner would have appreciated a whole grilled tomato with her fried eggs rather than half, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay; well done to the reception and serving staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable; well, we will be back!

So the building itself is a nice and clean place to stay - the staff on the other hand aren’t exactly great - the room I stayed in a suite wasn’t much bigger than a normal room in any other hotel - very over priced for what it is actually worth - staff ( cleaning staff ) rushing me in the morning even tho check out was not till 12 noon - by asking me at 11:20 am when I would be leaving - there wasn’t even a sign or a door sign that I could use to say do not disturb in my room - even when complaining about this - the general body language of the staff member at reception seemed like he didn’t care - won’t be staying again and certainly wasn’t worth 250 pound a night
