un parfum degueulasse dans la chambre qui nous montait au nez pour cacher d’autres odeurs tél que l’ai cigarette Tapis au sol d’un brun inquiétant Salle de bain miniature et un peu degueu Lit et oreillers inconfortable

This place is not clean at all. Smelt like smoke in the hallways. I go to my room 206 to use bathroom and seen 3 roaches crawling. I have video. I demand my money back. I didn’t stay there. I told the guy at the front desk and he said he didn’t have any other rooms available. Worst experience ever

Staff could have not been more helpful. Building tired in parts, but room ok. The bar/eatery 'Grumpy's' attached was excellent.

The first room we got the ac didn't work so we get put in a different room which the ac worked but barely, also seen a roach when i was plugging in the microwave. The blinds t& things that coveted the windows were so messed up we couldn't even shut them to keep the sun out & the guide button on the remote didn't work & for what we paid to stay there we only had basic tv ..... Never again will i stay here

The property was extremely dirty, cigarette marks in the bathroom, dirty walls, hallways dirty, no elevator, freezer was full of frost, refrigerator portion had dirt all in the bottom. Extremely unpleasant very unhappy. I will say the staff was friendly but unwilling to help regarding a refund.
