I prefer apartments to hotels mainly because of the kitchen. Residence ATTA provided a separate kitchen with a small dining table by the windows. There was a refrigerator, microwave (with splatter cover), and induction cooktop. It appeared recently built or renovated.
The apartment also had a desk (with an outlet nearby!), good air conditioning, and free WiFi. The bathroom had a rainfall shower head and hand-held sprayer. Overall, it was quite comfortable. I would stay there again.
A few things would make it better. The instructions were in French (obviously, in Cote d'Ivoire, but while I could understand it, an English version could never hurt). Two towels and two rolls of toilet paper would be better than one. A second air conditioner nearer to the kitchen and bathroom would be nice. Staff are only available during business hours on weekdays, so you are mainly on your own. This was fine for me, however, and I really appreciated being able to check in late. The friendly night guard handled my arrival perfectly.
