The staff is friendly & courteous. The facility has been renovated & has plans to contiue that effort. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The hotel is un a convenient locations to restaurants & shops.

Didn't like how the lady up front knocked on our doors to remind us check out is at 11 a.m. I'm a grown adult, I know when I have to be out! We still had 15 minutes to check out! She also was not up front to check us out when she was rushing us to leave at 11! They also had to move me to another room because my first room did not have a T.V. in it. Had I not said anything about it they would’ve kept me in that room 😕

I love Big Country. I stay there any time I am in Abilene. Though the room was clean and the service was impeccable, I was not as impressed with this room as I have been in the past. Parts of the baseboards were missing and the bed was not as well made as it has been in the past. Even with those few MINOR issues, I recommend Big Country to all my friends if they are traveling to Abilene.

Big Dan's Awesome stay
Room was clean, AC works great, Restroom was clean and comfortable towels, Bed was clean & comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was great for price of room which was great. Highly recommend for anyone. I'm here on business and location is close to all restaurants and stores.
