Great stay for a second year in a row
This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is very new and clean—free parking across the street. The shower knob wasn't working in our room, and they were unable to fix it, so they moved us to a nicer room since another suite wasn't available. Coffee and snacks in the lobby are overpriced. The food at the hotel restaurant is good but also pricey. We will stay again next year.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and updated. Nice bar area and restaurant on-site. Easy to get to and convenient walk next door to the Convention Center. Would definitely stay here again!

My family was at the Doubletree for a graduation ceremony at the Abilene Convention Center, which is next door, and the hotel was very convenient. Plus, with the restaurant we didn't have to leave the property to enjoy a good meal. The staff were all very courteous and helpful.

Not so considerate front desk girl
Property and surrounding area are wonderful and very clean. Only complaint is the front desk called our room after 11:00pm, woke up our entire family and asked if we had a beer at the bar that we hadn’t paid for! It is so rude to call someone so late and disrupt their sleep. I could have slept wonderfully here if they had not woken me up over something so trivial
