Everything was just average. The two keys provided did not work, so that caused a trip back to the front desk. There was an extra pillow without a cover on the nightstand upon entering the room. Bathroom door was dirty. The in room coffee supply basket contained a previously opened empty packet. The exterior door to the pool was broken, so you could exit but not re-enter. The bed was great. TV was great. AC was great. Breakfast was good. Everything considered, it is average.

The room was okay but the carpet needed some upgrade. We had excellent staff service. Morning breakfast was a little bit below par. Could use a little more support from management.

This hotel property advertises that it is in much better condition than what it actually is. I spoke to one of the front desk staff on the phone and specifically asked if the King Suite I reserved was a non smoking room with a bathtub. I wanted to make sure the checking process was smooth due to the fact I was arriving after midnight. He assured me it was but it was not. The room smelled like old stale cigarette smoke and there was no bathtub in the room I requested. It was not til I went back down stairs to switch King Suites that I was informed that there was no option for a bath tub in those specific rooms (King Suite) and when I mentioned that the room had been smoked in, the front desk attendant let me know my only option was to switch to a smaller room and she couldn’t guarantee that there was no smoking in the rooms at the same rate that I paid for the King Suite. When I arrived I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel from the moment I walked through the lobby. The rooms were just as bad, torn carpet, missing baseboards, tons of moisture in the air from outdated ventilation and both rooms I was offered had definitely been smoked in although they advertise as a smoke free facility and offer smoke-free rooms. Between the advertising on Expedia and the obvious advertising at the hotel, the information on the conditions of this property are very misleading. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Pros … staff was nice , continental breakfast was average . The closeness to acu university was great .
Cons - dirty/ stained pillow cases, tv and phone in room didn’t work . Toilet seat was broken . Although I was credited 30$ a week later . None of those issues were resolved and no other room was available for the size I booked .

We selected this property and actually moved from another property to be able to use the pool in the Texas heat. The pool was beautiful, but the gate was locked. The front staff would not open the gate saying someone had jumped the fence the night before. As a pool owner I am very aware that pool chemicals disperse when added and it doesn't take 48 hour to shock and swim and the only person that would have suffered was the person who jumped the fence. There were several other patrons who were also upset about the pool being closed when it was clearly clean and ready for use. We will probably not be back based on false advertising. The breakfast was good however as was the cook and staff
