The room was well appointed. The staff were friendly. The included breakfast was excellent with a large area to eat and relax.

Prooperty was extremely busy, upcharges due to events which was flooding and people losing power for days and there homes. Stains on sheets, air conditioner had black stuff all in it, found staples in the floor which my child stepped on, hot water in shower took 20 minutes to warm up. For Over $150 i wouldnt recommend. Oh and each time we tried to go to the lobby to discuss these issues, there was only one person working the desk with mutiple people. This place was no better than the Econo Lodge especially with the amount of people smoking weed in the rooms that were "non smoking." People with babies and small children do not want this. And when trying to call, get told none of this was brought up during check in or check out, sorry nothing we can do. Kind of hard to due with the amount of people coming in and when a 2 year old steps on a staple and we have to take him to an urgent care to get checked because of how deep it went.
