Just completed this one bedroom one bathroom (sleeps four) modern lean cottage is in a very desirable location. Situated a stones throw from South Holston Lake and Painter Creek marina this property is stunning. Both Bristol and Abingdon are about ten minutes away and the new Hard Rock Casino is about fifteen minutes. The Bristol speedway is approximately fifteen minutes as well. Relax on the large deck and enjoy the gas fire feature table. The bedroom is behind double glass panel barn doors and has a king bed with super comfy mattress. Hi end luxury linens await you. The bathroom is large and has a tiled walk in shower, sink with light up mirror and water closet. The living room boasts twelve foot ceiling and has a couch that fold out to a queen bed, a comfy chair, a gas fireplace and massive windows to view the outdoors and the massive deck. The living room is open to the full kitchen with a granite top island, full fridge, oven, microwave, Nepresso coffee maker, sink and dishwasher. This property is truly an oasis. It is easy to relax here as it is peaceful and quiet. Come try it out. We guarantee you won’t be disappointed. The house was perfect. My mother and I stayed there for three nights. Everything just as advertised cleanliness was excellent. Very nice neighborhood like the country, but only 5 miles from Bristol.

Very nice cottage in a beautiful neighborhood! Stayed here while in the area for Country Thunder and would definitely stay again if in the area! Bed was very comfortable, place was very clean and the owners even left snacks at check in!

Great 1 bedroom with plenty of room and amenities for a couple to spend a few days. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice gas fireplace. Large bathroom with ample space. Laundry in unit. We were visiting family and would definitely rent this unit again.

Cozy House With Perfect Location!
I booked a rather last minute stay for me and my boyfriend while visiting family in town. Logan came on Christmas Day and turned the fireplace on for us, and his wife came by the next day to show me how to use the outside fireplace. Both were so sweet and accommodating! The place was immaculate and adorable. Very comfortable for two people. We even had my family stop by for a few hours one night, and the 5 of us were comfortable in the living area/kitchen. The house is located close to their main house, but I never felt any lack of privacy. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, the house is a tad bit off the main roads near the lake but the drive out is beautiful and worth it. This is the perfect little getaway!

Awesome Getaway!
We were traveling from Atlanta to Scranton PA for Thanksgiving and wanted to breakup our trip. We found this place as its not far from the casino and the speedway and we are so glad we did! It is located in a quiet area with vast rolling hills and lots off trees. There is a main house this is located off of, but it felt very private! The space was clean, and had all the little things like coffee, creamer, garbage bags, shampoo & conditioner that made everything so seamless! It is a bit of a drive away from any stores/shopping/ etc but the remoteness was a lovely break from the city. We went to downtown Friday night to O'Mainnins which was a fun, local bar. Saturday we visited the Bristol Caverns which was super interesting - highly recomend! We were in town when Georgia played Tennesee (went to Stateline Grill - great food & atmosphere) and even as the only Georgia fan, everyone in the town was so nice and welcoming. We also went to the lights at Bristol Moitor Speedway which was AWESOME then wrapped up the night at the Casino! This was such a great get away and "the she shed" (thats what we called it lol) was the perfect place to stay. You felt like you were somehwere else when you walked in, just so homey and lovely! Overall this was a great trip, and Bristol is such a welcoming place. The host was great, and honestly the only thing we wish we could change was having more time! Thank you for a great stay :)

Loved this little cottage!
Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet get away in the mountains. It is a true “tiny house” and is so incredibly charming! The property owners were also wonderful and very prompt to reply to any questions I had. It is also conveniently located near Bristol, just a short drive away. It was the perfect spot for my “girls weekend”! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Tastefully decorated cottage in close proximity to owner in an upscale rural area. The house was extremely clean, bed super comfortable, and a Nespresso coffee machine; now that's a first for us. The location was perfect as it close to South Holston Lake, Abingdon, and Bristol so you aren't limited to any one of these beautiful areas. We loved the rural setting and enjoyed watching the daily visits of a herd of deer. The cottage and area are perfect!

We enjoyed a fall weekend to Abingdon VA/TN. Our VRBO was just perfect with all we needed. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and in a quiet area about 10 minutes outside of Abingdon, VA. We enjoyed lunch at Mamma Mia’s , dinner at Rain and Clue at the Barter Theater. I highly recommend a stay at this charming VRBO.

This property is fabulous. Not only was it spotless but the amenities are wonderful. The king size mattress was incredibly comfortable as well as the furniture for reading and relaxing. What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay! It is meticulously decorated. The bath towels and bed linens were so nice. The furniture was so comfortable. The shower was so lovely. Nice touch w Nespesso machine. The exterior lighting came in handy returning after dark. The neighborhood is so private and with no street lights it was nice to have some lights when returning. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. I hope to return. Thank you.
