This is a brand new airport terminal hotel that already looks years old. It’s noisy, soulless, has zero amenities, and incomprehensible room controls. TV - 3 calls to front desk to make it work. They had to send someone up. Lights - had to trip the circuit breaker. AC. It just stopped, and remember this is the UAE, where it gets hot. To summarize — this place is close to worthless.

Stayed at this hotel during a long lay over. The main advantage of this hotel is that it is right in the terminal building and saves the hassle of exiting the airport, taxi costs and most importantly time if your main idea is to get some rest before the next flight. The hotel can be easily accessed after coming through the transfers security check ( follow signs to Pearl Lounge) . Rooms were fairly large and clean and had most. facilities including coffee and tea making facilities. The staff were very quick in bringing any toiletries etc and the toiletries in the bathroom were of good quality. Plenty of dining options in the terminal building when you come out of the hotel and if you have a lounge access, you can use the Pearl Lounge. It may come across as a bit pricy compared to hotels outside and the hotel allows 6 and 12 hr bookings but if you are staying in transit 12 hours is more than enough. All in all a very good experience.

Great facility in Eithad’s new terminal at Abu Dhabi Airport. The check in was smooth and the hotel was perfect for a short stay with comfortable bed, private bathroom / toilet and TV. The room was small but had everything we needed.
